Rue de Montmorency (April 23)

I squelched my way to rue de Montmorency to see the oldest stone house in Paris.
Since 1407!  I touched the bit below.  Had to.
And if you're thinking "Nicholas Flamel, Nicholas Flamel, rings a bell" - well, if you've read any Harry Potter you'll have heard of him.  He was real, and after his death he developed a reputation as an alchemist as he'd been working on the philosopher's stone.

  1. You are reading my mind! And now there's a new series for young adults by Michael Scott- "Immortal Nicholas Flamel", but I haven't read it yet.
