Singapore - Part 2 (18 April)

I bought the Lonely Planet Guide to Singapore at the Bribane Airport, and it was so handy while out walking, but there's a huge focus on churches and temples.  I looked at a couple from the outside, but that was kind of enough for me.  The carvings ARE amazing, depicting a whole realm of beings and stories unknown to me.
It's exactly these differences that I travel for - to wonder at how we humans can have diverged so much in our beliefs and cultures.  Take this sign for instance - you would NOT see the bowed head stance in Australia.
These flower sellers were everywhere
and even cars had littls shrines.
A building with Mehndi designs.
